Caleb and I decided that for Halloween we’d go as hipsters, complete with matching hairdos.

Nobody Checked with Me First
Clearly Kombucha is now available at Collette, some swanky place in Paris.
Good news: France is very dog friendly.
Bad news: Ali & Caleb might want one of these:

Brace yourself- another video
Caleb insists on making these.
Not sure why my position as Social Media Intern Dog requires me to subject myself to this nonsense.
Anybody know if there’s a union for dogs like me?
Bull-dogs
I get it- the Georgia Bulldogs need a bulldog for a mascot.
But the Nike endorsement deal (see sweater) and the fawning cheerleaders, all for a dog that can’t even hold its own drool? Give me a break.
This one’s name is Ugg IX. Don’t ask what happened to UGGs #I – IIIV.

Maybe they should change their slogan to “You’ll come for the bacon & hash browns and maybe you’ll stay for the fruit.”
Where’s the Mayo?
One of the perks of being a big-time social media intern dog is travel.
But I have to admit, this place was a little disappointing. I looked all over the sidewalk for something to lick, and couldn’t find ketchup, much less mayo.

Contests. But where are MY treats?
I cannot understand why anyone would get particularly excited when neither peanut butter nor liver treats are involved, but there’s no accounting for taste.
Clearly Kombucha is running a contest for customized Nikes which match the Clearly Kombucha Mobile here.
And you can enter to win a free case of CK by following @drinkclearly & tweeting here

And now a word from our sponsors.
Ali & Caleb have their own blog. It’s not nearly as good as mine, but don’t tell them I said so.

Cat Lady Shame: Fluffy Little Kitties Are Ruthless Murderers
Just saw this on Slate, Says a study finds that “Cats are both ruthless murderers and kind of idiotic about their own safety, and so should not be allowed to roam free without supervision.“
Call it DogEnfreude, but this is my favorite line: Turns out cats can be very convincing when they mew their sack of lies to their gullible owners about how they’ll behave themselves if they’re let out to wander free. Owners often expressed shock at discovering their beloved fur balls took full advantage of their opportunities to torture and kill small animals for fun.

Back to Work
I’ll admit it: I was a little disappointed not to be picked as the VP nominee [see my earlier post here].
But I’ve picked myself up, and now back to work as social media intern.
On the positive side, although this gig may have its own minor indignities (see photo), at least I don’t have to worry about being strapped to the top of the car on Clearly Kombucha’s next roadtrip.

advice needed
I asked HR for some help with all my social media responsibilities here at Clearly Kombucha. And they sent me Libby.
Don’t get me wrong. Libby is a lovely Cav & is my cousin. But she is a little
….(how to put this diplomatically) …
soporific to be much help.
And her typing skills are non-existent.
But I certainly don’t want to hurt her feelings. What’s a summer intern dog to do??

Lucy gets her own Intern
I threatened to file a Workers Comp claim for Carpal Tunnel Paw Syndrome from all the typing.
Who’s working for who now, sucker?
